3 Step Rewind can help you move forward from a traumatic birth (or any traumatic or difficult memory). It is not a therapy, but a process where you are guided through self-healing. It will not remove the memory, but it can really change how you feel about that memory. I’ve been taken through the process myself for dealing with a miscarriage and I was surprised by how effective it was for me.
The Rewind is done over two or three sessions (dependent on what structure we think is best for you). The total process lasts around 2-3 hours and is always one on one. It works well over Zoom, or if you live near to Leeds or Holmfirth, I can visit you at home. The cost is £100 (see below).
You will not need to tell me your memory. This is not because I am not interested in you and your experience, but I am not a counsellor or qualified to debrief births. However, you will need to be able to think about your memory and experience to go through the process. I understand this is not easy, and I will always hold you in a safe and supportive space. We will take it at a pace comfortable for you.
- Standalone cost: £100
- If you would like to book this along with a hypnobirthing course, I can offer a package cost.
I trained with Birth Awareness, a leading organisation for 3 Step Rewind Training. I am an accredited practitioner.

Some feedback I’ve received from recent 3 Step Rewind clients:
‘Rebecca really helped me feel relaxed, and I felt heard properly for the first time. I was nervous about the process, as I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but Rebecca explained things and put me at ease. Going through the process was hard at times, but I am so happy with the change I’ve seen in myself. I’m quite surprised by the change that’s occurred actually! Thank you Rebecca.’ Louise T.
‘I have never felt more deeply relaxed. I have now been able to focus more on a positive memory, than all the unpleasant memories I had about that experience.’ Georgie G.
